Few are aware however, that Steve Pattie has spent nearly all of his years working to raise the standards and improve the reputation of the entire “green industry”. An active member and past board member of The Professional Landcare Network (the national organization of the green industry), and past President of The Ohio Landscapers Association, Steve Pattie has never stopped giving to the industry and the Northeast Ohio Community. One of his missions in life has been to help foster individual growth and continued learning in everyone he touches. Upon meeting his team at The Pattie Group, it is evident that he has been successful in his endeavors. His reputation as an inspiring, driven, passionate, caring and generous person precedes him wherever he goes. Whether he is sitting on advisory boards for local colleges trying to improve their horticulture programs, speaking to or mentoring young green industry entrepreneurs, working with organizations such as The Cleveland Botanical Garden, donating time, money or expertise to numerous philanthropic endeavors, training or leading his amazing staff of landscape experts, or working with a client to create their dream backyard, one thing is always evident.
