Irrigation System Services

The number one killer of plant material in Northeast Ohio is under- or over-watering. It’s a risk to entrust an irrigation system and plant’s most vital lifeline to irrigation contractors, pipe-layers and plumbers who have little to no horticultural knowledge and training. For years we worked with the area’s providers as subcontractors, trying to find one with the necessary horticultural knowledge to properly install systems that would keep our landscapes and plants watered according to their needs. After years of over-managing irrigation subcontractors and  replacing clients’ plant material because irrigation systems were not being installed or managed to the needs of the plants, we decided to do something about it. As a result, in 2004 The Pattie Group’s Irrigation Department was born.

Today we can confidently say we install the best irrigation systems around. Our systems are infused with state-of-the-art technology and installed with horticulturally-based methodology that take into account the micro-climates of your landscape. We manage the system properly throughout the season and the micro-seasons within seasons. Since we launched our own irrigation service, we have reduced our plant warranty replacements by more than half. In fact, we are so confident in our systems and service that if you allow us to manage your irrigation system after installation, we’ll extend your guaranty on Pattie Group-provided and -installed plants by two years. We mean it!

The thirsty earth soaks up the rain, and drinks, and gapes for drink again. The plants suck in the earth, and are with constant drinking fresh and fair. Abraham Cowley
